Are the Units type approved?

All our Rentals are fully type approved, and holding a valid TA. Together with the Units you will receive a set of Documentation including a copy of the Type approval.

How can the crew mount the Unit?

The Unit comes together with a set of Cables. All Cables are unique labelled and just fits in one way. Inside the Documentation, there is also a pictured step-by-step
mounting instruction.

My rented Unit is defective, what should I do?

If your rented Unit is defect, first contact the Support. We will be happy to help you.
If the Support can’t do something remotely, you’ll get  a new Unit.

I have rented the Unit just for 4 weeks, now I need it longer. Is extension possible?

Sure, just send us the Purchase(Rental) Order that you want to extend the duration.

I don’t know how long I need the Unit. Can I rent is also without Timelimit?

Yes, in that case you’ll get a monthly Invoice.

On what base do you calculate your Invoices?

We offer the Units always on a weekly base. The week starts at Sunday 00:00 UTC.
